A. Healthy eating is consuming an adequate amount and variety of foods to maintain good health and wellbeing for your age, gender or activity levels. Healthy eating alongside being active can help maintain a healthy weight and reduce your risk to or manage dietary-related illnesses such as type 2 diabetes, obesity and hypertension.
Q. Can I have my cake and eat it too?
